Winners Prize Challenge

Halloween Layout - My first real scrap booking page. I won an opportunity back in May to participate in The Grand Prize Winner Challenge   for May - Aug over at the  Scraping 4 Fun Challenge blog (each winner of the challenges held from May thru August have the opportunity to compete).  I received a wonderful sketch and decided I needed to do a scrapbook page of a Halloween picture taken of my son from 1996. I want to do quite a few layouts of my sons childhood so this would be a great start. Here is the sketch:

This was a totally fun project, I can see that scrap booking could be quite addictive!!  The winners challenge is also a contest and each winner is given a number that can be used to vote on, my number is 01-Glenda, hint, hint (only if you are a follower of their blog) :O)!  see Scrapping4FunChallenge

My Friends

Hi my friends, sorry for being MIA lately, I have not had much time to create or comment due to family health  emergencies, one being my dear hubby.I have withdrawn from  my DT work until things stabilize. Things are already coming together with most of the tests having been taken and results trickling in. Spending days at the hospital  drained me completely, I do not know why, stress, boredom and uncertainty I guess. Hubby is now home but tests are still ongoing, only as an outpatient now.Hope to start visiting your sites  and leaving comments  when I can, love seeing all your gorgeous work.
lots of hugs
Glenda
