Sister's Gift



My DT Card for Lexi's Creations    Challenge #112 'Punchers & Dies'. The challenge will run March 17th, 2014 - March 29th , 2014.

I received a similar box from a dear friend several years ago and finally decided to give it a try myself, It is a gift to my  kid sister with a small gift inside. Here is the one I received!

Card details:
Stamp: Spatter pattern -All Night Media - used on the large flower petal  
Punches: Stampin' Up extra large 'Blossom Petals for the large flower; Marvy daisy flower punches (small and medium) for the smaller flowers. Note: instructions for the large flower  can be bought here at Valita's Designs & Fresh Folds.
Die Cuts: Impression Obsession  DIE022-U for the branches;  Marianne Designs Creatables 'Frame Swirl' for the flourishes ; Spellbinders Shapeabilities 'Fancy Tags' for the sentiment; Spellbinders Heartfelt Creations 'Garden Romance Die' for the  butterflies
 INK: Stampin Up  early expresso and soft suede to highlight the large flower petals
Paper: Stampin' Up's vanilla, whisper white, early espresso, soft suede,  wallpaper
Other: brown half pearls;button from stash (for the knob); 'dazzler' for large flower center

  11. Oh Wow! this is gorgeous Glenda… what a beautiful design… I love the papers and embellies… the flowers are absolutely stunning… it has a lovely Oriental feel to it!
    I love the box you received too... what a fab design with the twisted easel on top of the drawer... you are both so clever!! we have a box challenge this week at MAWTT... closing at 8pm tonight. Wed 19th.
